How to Cut Down on the Time You Spend on Email

by Henrik Edberg. -Positivity Blog

One good way to reduce the stress in your daily life and save time for something more enjoyable and/or more important is to cut down on the time you spend on email.

Here is how I have done that over the past year or so.

My own top 3 methods:

  1. keep email for one to one correspondence,  not content sharing via groups or lists
  2. use social networks and blogs for sharing content
  3. use RSS feed reader , my fave is GoogleReader within my iGoogle home page
