Huffington : Bush Lifted Passages Of Memoir From Advisers’ Books

BushThis kind of disrespectful character and publishing from a US President is sadly not surprising from a man who seemed to deceive about Iraq. How will US students learn fair use, plagiarism, or citing sources if a President, his staff and publishers can’t stop their own ripping off other authors-all once his friends and allies. Even for a sometimes critical Canadian, reading a Presidential memoir used to be a dignified read. The tradition of scholarship from past memoirs, even Nixon’s, is sadly tainted. -Al Smith @litetateowl
